Engage is built on data room technology, with the help of Eden Agency, for the distribution and tracking of sensitive documents. It will help you with due diligence, research, IPOs, M&As, start-up fundraising, results announcements, financial and ESG reporting and any secure file sharing requirement.

Documents are easily uploaded to your project in a customised folder structure. Permissions give you control over what each user or company can see, and reports are generated in a simple dashboard view to provide important insights into each investor’s interest and appetite. A Q&A facility and Calls to Action feature facilitate greater interaction with investors and allow them to register their interest or dig deeper if required.
