Scancell Holdings PLC is an LSE AIM listed clinical stage company leveraging two proprietary platforms, Immunobody® and Moditope®, to develop targeted off-the-shelf, patient-accessible active immunotherapies for a cancer-free future.
Neuphoria Therapeutics Inc. is a Nasdaq listed clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative treatments for neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders, including anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and cognitive impairment.
Proposed merger
On 23 July 2026, the boards of Scancell and Neuphoria announced an all-share merger in which Scancell will acquire Neuphoria. Upon completion of the Transaction, the combined company plans to operate under the name Scancell and will apply to trade on Nasdaq.
