Malvern International raises approximately £2 million via a Placing and Retail Offer

Placing and Retail Offer
On 17th February 2026, the Company announced a Fundraising to raise approximately £2 million (before expenses) through the issue of new Ordinary Shares to, inter alia, provide funding to support the development and scaling up of the four university pathway contracts won over the last 12 months. The Fundraising comprised a Placing of £1.7 million and a Retail Offer to raise up to an additional £0.2 million, each at an Issue Price of 23 pence per New Ordinary Share. In addition, there is expected to be an intended subscription by directors and management to raise approximately £0.3 million at the Issue Price.
