Perivan welcomes MOH Nippon to our annual report portfolio

MOH Nippon Plc is focused on generating value for shareholders by capitalising on the growth in crowdfunding for real estate investment in Japan and, increasingly, through technology-driven real estate development projects.
MOH Nippon was established and listed on the Official List of the FCA, as ‘Bowen Fintech Plc’, as a special purpose acquisition company to acquire businesses in the technology innovations market, with a focus on companies that own products or applications that are relevant to the financial services sector.
On 19th August 2024, The Company announced the reverse takeover, the change of name to MOH Nippon Plc and its Enlarged Issued Share Capital commenced trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Having helped Bowen Fintech when they floated on the Main Market in October 2022, the Perivan shareholder communications team were delighted to assist with the production of the annual report which successfully posted on Friday 5th September.
