Brave Bison complete the £19 million acquisition of MiniMBA and £13.5 million fundraising

Brave Bison is an LSE AIM listed digital advertising and technology services company.

The company provides a range of digital advertising and technology services to brand advertisers and operates a digital media network of over 650 channels and 158 million followers.

The company is headquartered in London with hubs in Manchester, New York, Singapore, Bulgaria, Egypt and South Africa.

MiniMBA is an eLearning business for marketing professionals. MiniMBA provides MBA-level tuition through an online learning platform to c.6,000 delegates every year and has trained almost 40,000 professionals since inception.

MiniMBA sells directly to marketers, as well as to major brand advertisers looking to train their marketing teams including John Lewis, Tesco, Google, Nestle and Carlsberg.

 

Acquisition of MiniMBA and £13.5 million Fundraising

On 25 June, Brave Bison announced that it has entered into a conditional binding agreement with Centaur Media to acquire the entire issued share capital of The Mini Trading Company Limited, comprising the trade and assets of MiniMBA for an enterprise value of £19.0 million.

The acquisition was partly financed through a placing and direct subscription of 27,615,467 new ordinary shares at a price of 49 pence each to raise gross proceeds of approximately £13.5 million.

On 14 July, the Company further announced shareholder approval of the acquisition.
