Data rooms by their very nature must be ultra secure, and we have a multitude of measures in place to protect your data including encryption in transit, encryption at rest and regular penetration testing. In addition to this, our hosting partner Microsoft Azure is SOC2 accredited and Perivan itself is ISO27001 accredited.
We strongly believe email attachments are no longer fit for purpose. They easily go astray and often travel via a third party servers. By uploading your information into Engage, it is coming directly to us at Perivan and through a trusted, encrypted route.
An intuitive file and folder structure with time and date stamps, coupled with a powerful and dynamic search engine, makes it quick and easy to manage and find your documents. This avoids the frustrating and time-consuming act of having to sift through 100s of historic email messages to locate the relevant file.
Another major strength of Engage is its ability to seamlessly upload large files such as hi res images or sizeable competent persons reports. It eliminates the need to attach these files to several different emails where, the larger the attachments are, the less likely they are to be successfully received. It also avoids the temptation to use third party, commercially available file sharing sites whose security cannot be vouched for.
