Publication of Prospectus

Having produced the Scheme and associated documents for the £596 million recommended all-share offer by Acceler8 Ventures for IIG which was published on 9 July 2026 and became effective on 13 August 2026, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to work again with Mayer Brown who acted as legal adviser on the production of the 185-page prospectus which was successfully published on 15 July 2026.

Admission and first day dealings

First day dealings in the ordinary shares commenced on 14 August 2026 following their Admission to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the FCA’s Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
