Acceler8 Ventures publish their inaugural Annual Report

The Company’s strategic aim is to drive shareholder value through the acquisition of target companies in certain sectors where the Directors believe there to be sustainable growth opportunities both organically and through acquisition.
In particular, sectors of focus include gaming, media and entertainment, software and technology, and industrial and business services. Where target companies are acquired, the Directors and incoming management teams will seek to drive operational improvements and best practices to unlock revenue and cost synergies.
Inaugural Annual Report
Having helped Acceler8 with the production of the Listing Prospectus for their IPO in July 2021, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to also produce their inaugural Annual Report which was successfully published on 29th April 2022.
