Adsure Services float on the Aquis Growth Market

Adsure Services PLC was incorporated as a UK holding company in November 2022. In September 2023, the company acquired the whole of the issued share capital of TIAA Limited by way of a share for share exchange through the issue of New Ordinary Shares in the Company.
TIAA was incorporated in September 2002 and is a specialist business assurance provider operating across the Housing, Healthcare, Government, Education, Charities and other sectors. The Group offers a wide range of services through its two operational divisions, Risk & Assurance and Risk & Advisory.
TIAA has been providing business assurance services for over 20 years and its commitment to client services and excellence within the sector was recognised at the 2022 Business Excellence Awards when TIAA was awarded ‘Best Business Assurance Services Provider – UK’.
Admission to trading on the Aquis Growth Market
Admission to trading on the Aquis Growth Market and dealings commenced on 30th October 2023 and the Company had 10,582,440 Ordinary Shares in issue with a market capitalisation of £4,762,098.
