Amcomri Group is a Group of 13 UK-based embedded engineering and manufacturing businesses listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange under the AMCO ticker.

Acquiring established high-quality businesses out of retirement situations or other SME sale processes, the Amcomri Group team has a wealth of experience in optimising operational and financial performance whilst progressively building synergies between its operating companies.

Amcomri’s embedded engineering businesses are focused on providing specialist technical repair, refurbishment and ‘reverse engineering’ services to major industrial, infrastructure or transportation operators in the rail, power generation, petrochemical and electronics industries.

Typically, the services the Group provides have complex technical needs and are delivered in operating environments in which safety and compliance performance are critical requirements, including high voltage electrical distribution systems, complex petrochemical production plants and large power generating plants.

Amcomri’s manufacturing activities are focused on selective B2B markets in which we hold a strong competitive position including technical gasket and joint manufacture, specialist printing and printed adhesive tape manufacture, in which sector our Premier Limpet company is the largest manufacture of printed tapes in the UK.

Publication of inaugural annual report

Having produced the admission document when Amcomri floated on AIM in December 2024, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to be appointed to design and produce their inaugural annual report which included the use of the Engage platform for the secure proof distribution and was successfully published and posted to shareholders on 27^th May 2025.
