Downing provides investment management services to Bagnall Energy Limited and provides support in its strategy of taking interests in trading partnerships and stakes in companies running qualifying trades for Business Relief purposes, specifically in sectors involving energy generation and infrastructure.

Rights Issue

The Perivan Shareholder Communications team have produced the Bagnall annual report for the last three years. Bagnall Energy Limited is managed by Downing Investment Management.

We were delighted to be asked to expand our collaboration by working with both the Downing and Howard Kennedy teams to produce the Rights Issue documentation which was successfully completed on 18^th November 2024.
