Belluscura raises £4.7 million via a firm placing, conditional placing and oversubscribed retail offer

Belluscura is an LSE AIM listed medical device company focused on developing oxygen enrichment technology to help improve health for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) patients and more favourable economic outcomes for the patient, provider, and insurance companies.
COPD is the third leading cause of death in the United States, affecting approximately 30 million people in the U.S. and over 100 million worldwide.
Belluscura, now with North American headquarters located in Texas, is dedicated to developing proprietary, patented oxygen enrichment technologies that can be applied across a range of treatment possibilities and positively impact millions of people across the globe.
£4.7 million fundraising
On 11th February 2025 Belluscura announced that it had conditionally raised gross proceeds of £675,000 pursuant to its WRAP retail offer which was oversubscribed and therefore upsized the offer, providing the Company with additional working capital for its growth plans.
The Company will issue a total of 33,750,000 WRAP retail offer shares at the Issue Price of 2 pence, conditional, inter alia, upon the passing of the resolutions by the Company’s shareholders at a general meeting of the Company to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 28 February 2025.
In aggregate, the fundraise has raised gross proceeds of approximately £4.7 million of which approximately £4.0 million is conditional, inter alia, on the passing of the resolutions by the Company’s shareholders at the general meeting.
