Bowen Fintech complete the £34.5 million reverse takeover of Minnadeooyasan-Hanbai and the first Japan listing in London since 2000

Bowen Fintech Plc was set up to pursue opportunities to acquire businesses in the technology innovations market with a primary focus on companies that are relevant to the financial services sector.
The first acquisition which the Company is undertaking is 97.41 per cent., of the issued share capital of Minnadeooyasan-Hanbai Co. Ltd (MOH) by way of a reverse takeover.
MOH was formed in 1998 to invest and manage commercial and residential properties in Japan. It started offering crowdfunding services for land development in 2007.
Completion of reverse takeover and admission to the Official List and the Main Market
On 19th August 2024, The Company announced the reverse takeover, the change of name to MOH Nippon Plc and its Enlarged Issued Share Capital commenced trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
