Placing, subscription and retail offer

On 23 June 2026, the Company announced it was proposing to raise gross proceeds of a minimum of £2.5 million by way of an Equity Fundraising comprising a Placing and Subscription. The Company also intends to undertake a Retail Offer via the BookBuild platform to raise up to £0.5 million.
