CAP-XX raises approximately £2.3 million via a placing, subscription and retail offer

CAP-XX Limited is an LSE AIM listed Australian technology company headquartered in Sydney that designs and manufactures ultra-thin supercapacitors and energy management systems. Its products provide rapid bursts of power and energy storage for applications including IoT devices, industrial electronics, automotive systems, aerospace and defence. The company is recognised for its proprietary thin, prismatic supercapacitor technology, which offers high power density in a compact form factor.
CAP-XX’s strategy is centred on expanding the adoption of its supercapacitors into high-growth markets through product innovation, strategic partnerships and global distribution. In recent years it has strengthened its commercial position with design wins in industrial electronics and collaborations with companies such as SCHURTER, while continuing to invest in next-generation energy storage technologies.
Placing, subscription and retail offer
On 4 August 2026, the Company announced that the retail offer was oversubscribed and it had conditionally raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately £2.3 million via the fundraising.
