Having realised an opportunity when AIM was established back in June 1995, at Perivan we made it our mission to be the leading service provider to the advisers and its listed growth companies for their shareholder and investor communications.

Fast forward 30 years, with the production of over 1,500 IPO admission documents helping to raise over £60 billion and nearly 3,000 company annual report productions under our belts, we remain dedicated to this market and are the only remaining service provider who has been totally committed from the very beginning.

We have seen many changes, good times and some not so good, but we have remained resolute and loyal. In those early days we worked with the early Nomads including the likes of Beeson Gregory, Collins Stewart, Nabarro Wells, Rowan Dartington, Seymour Pierce and Teather & Greenwood, all along the way to more recent times where we have seen consolidation.

We weathered the storms of the boom and bust of the dot-com bubble around the turn of the millennium, enjoyed the height of the market from 2005 to 2007 when we produced several hundred IPO admission documents and were still there when 2008 and 2009 saw just a handful.

More recently, we have produced the admission documents for 62% of all AIM IPOs over the last 5 years and have earned an unrivalled reputation for our product knowledge, quality of service and pricing integrity.

Our continued dedication has led us to be trusted as the preferred service provider to the majority of the active Nomads and their legal and public relations advisers.

Pure testament to this is also what our corporate clients think – our annual report portfolio stands at over 25% of all AIM listed companies, many of whom appointed us having experienced our customer service first-hand during either the original IPO process or when working together on other corporate actions. We also regularly benefit from recommendations from professional advisers and other financial industry peers.
