Dillistone Group raises £1.5 million via a Subscription and Placing

Dillistone Group Plc is an LSE AIM listed leading global provider of software and services that enable recruitment firms and in-house recruiters to better manage their selection process and address the training needs of individuals.

Through its subsidiary, Ikiru People, it carries the renowned brands of Voyager Software, supplier of Infinity recruitment software and the Mid-Office Pay & Bill solution, Dillistone FileFinder, supplier of Executive Search software, ISV.online, which provides online pre-employment skills testing and training tools and GatedTalent, the global database of the world’s leading executives.

Dillistone Group works with 2,000+ clients in over 70 countries. Each brand specialises in an area of the market, including software and services to Executive level recruitment teams, contingent recruitment (including permanent placement, contract placement and the provision of temporary staff) and online pre- and post-employment skills testing and training tools.

 

Subscription and Placing

On 5th February 2026, the company announced that subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, the Placing had raised, in aggregate, gross proceeds of approximately £0.05 million through the placing of 550,000 Placing Shares to investors at a price of 10 pence per share. The Subscription has raised approximately £1.45 million through the issue of 14,450,000 Subscription Shares.
