Draper Esprit complete £110 million fundraising
Draper Esprit, a duel listed AIM and Euronext Growth Market leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses across Europe, has successfully secured funding commitments to raise gross proceeds of £110 million at a placing price of 555 pence per share by way of the conditional placing of 19,819,820 new ordinary shares
The £110m will be invested across a combination of larger deal rounds, follow-on investments and new investments, typically at Series A stage and beyond, as well as investments in seed funds across Europe.
The Perivan shareholder and investor communications team were delighted to work closely with the Company’s legal advisers, Gowling WLG on the Placing documentation which resulted in an oversubscribed fundraising which was successfully completed in early October 2020.
