GenIP plc float on AIM
October 2024
GenIP® is a UK-based company specialising in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) with a mission to help organisations evaluate and commercialise new technologies. The company offers two key services:
- InventionEvaluator®: Providing bespoke, in-depth research reports assessing new technologies’ market potential using GenIP’s proprietary GenAI software.
- Vortechs: A specialised executive recruitment service that uses GenAI to match tech organisations with experienced executives and business leaders.
Both services combine advanced GenAI analytics with expert human review, enhancing organisations’ decision-making process.
Operating globally, GenIP has a primary focus on markets in the UK, US, and Latin America. It is a spin-out of Tekcapital Plc, an AIM-listed technology incubator, which transferred assets related to InventionEvaluator® and Vortechs to GenIP on 4 June 2024.
Since then, GenIP has successfully transformed these services by integrating cutting-edge GenAI technology. As of 1 September 2024, the company now offers enhanced versions of InventionEvaluator® and Vortechs. The integration of GenAI enables faster report delivery, vastly expanded datasets, and significant cost savings. Additionally, the reports will soon be available in over 75 languages, enhancing accessibility on a global scale.
With these innovations, GenIP aims to create a first-to-market advantage by offering unique GenAI-powered analytics and executive search solutions to help bring technological innovations to market.
