Helium One Global float on AIM

December 2020

Helium One was founded in September 2015. The Company’s focus is to explore, develop, and ultimately become a producer of high-grade helium for the international market, a critical material essential in modern technologies.

Helium One holds 4,512km2 of exploration licences in highly prospective helium provinces in Tanzania. The Company holds 100% of these licences and has exclusive rights to develop the assets.

There are three distinct project areas within the Company’s portfolio in Tanzania: the Rukwa, Eyasi and Balangida Projects. These all contain known helium occurrences and demonstrate ideal geological conditions for large, potentially commercial, levels of subterranean gas accumulation.

The Perivan shareholder communications team were delighted to work with Beaumont Cornish who were appointed Nominated Adviser to Helium One on the successful publication of the 197-page admission document.

Admission to Trading on AIM

On 4th December 2020, admission and dealings commenced in the Ordinary Shares on AIM by way of a Placing and Subscription of 211,267,597 new Ordinary Shares of no par value at 2.84 pence, and amalgamation by way of merger with Attis Oil & Gas Limited.

Reasons for the admission and use of proceeds

The Net Proceeds will primarily be used to fund the three well drilling programme targeting high priority Prospects at the Kasuku, Itumbula and Mbuni Prospects over the Rukwa Project defined through seismic mapping, gravity gradiometry and soil gas helium anomalism.
