Admission to the Main Market of the LSE
Further to the announcement on 19th February 2026 in connection with its initial public offering, iFOREX announced on the 25th February that its entire issued ordinary share capital, consisting of 22,186,679 Ordinary Shares, were admitted to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (the “FCA“) and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s main market for listed securities under the ticker “IFRX”.
