Ince Group closes £12 million share placing
The Ince Group plc is an international commercial law firm.
The Ince Group plc (formerly Gordon Dadds Group plc) has adopted a business model which is focused on consolidation and expansion into complementary businesses to its core legal services business.
As well as providing legal services, the Group provides accounting, financial services, consulting and pension advice to clients.
In January 2020 Ince raised £12 million by way of Placing of 26,666,667 New Ordinary Shares, Open Offer of 4,444,444 New Ordinary Shares and Staff Offer of 4,444,444 New Ordinary Shares each at a price of 45 pence per New Ordinary Share.
