Loungers plc publish their inaugural Annual Report
The Perivan corporate shareholder communications team were delighted to be appointed to produce and publish the prospectus relating to the admission to AIM by way of a Placing of 41,625,000 Ordinary Shares at 200 pence each.
The team worked closely with Loungers’ Nominated Advisor – GCA Altium on the 129-page prospectus, and admission and dealings in the Enlarged Share Capital commenced on AIM on 29th April 2019.
Loungers is an operator of café/ bar/ restaurants across England and Wales under two distinct but complementary brands, Lounge and Cosy Club. It is the only growing all-day operator of scale in the UK, with a strong reputation for value for money and sites that offer something for everyone regardless of age, demographic or gender. The Company operates successfully in a diverse range of different sites and locations across England and Wales.
Following the flotation, Phil Austen, Head of Annual Reports at Perivan met with the Company to advise on the design and production of their first Annual Report as a public company, which was successfully completed and posted to the new shareholders in September 2020.
