Maintel Holdings publish their Sustainability Report

Founded in 1991, Maintel became a public company on the London AIM market in 2004 and has grown both organically and through strategic acquisition. Today Maintel has almost 600 staff based from five UK office locations serving customers globally, through both direct relationships and via a network of strategic partners.
2021 Sustainability Report
Having originally worked with Maintel on the documentation relating to their acquisition of the holding companies of Azzurri Communications Limited, Placing and Admission of the Enlarged Share Capital to trading on AIM back in April 2016 and with the design and production of all annual reports since, the Perivan shareholder communications team were delighted to be appointed to design and produce their 2021 Sustainable Business Report.
