Maintel raises up to £6 million via Conditional Placing, Retail Offer and issue of Convertible Loan Notes

Fundraising

On 13th May 2026, the Company announced the fundraising of up to £6 million, comprising a Conditional Placing of £3 million, a Retail Offer of up to £1 million and the issue of Convertible Loan Notes of £2 million.
