Motorola Solutions Acquires IndigoVision for $37 million
Motorola Solutions, Inc., is an American data communications and telecommunications equipment provider that succeeded Motorola, Inc., following the spin-off of the mobile phone division into Motorola Mobility in 2011. The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
Based in Edinburgh, IndigoVision develops complete, end-to-end video security solutions, including cameras, video management software, encoders and storage devices.
Acquisition
The recommended cash acquisition was completed by means of a Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.
