Nippon Active Value Fund plc – Admission to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange

Nippon Active Value Fund (“NAVF”) is an Investment Trust targeting attractive levels of capital growth for shareholders from the active management of a focused portfolio of quoted small cap Japanese equity investments.

The investment adviser, Rising Sun Management Limited, targets companies which are attractive, undervalued and have a substantial proportion of their market capitalisation held in cash and/or listed securities and/or realisable assets.

Admission to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange

 First Admission of the Ordinary Shares to the Specialist Fund Segment and dealings commenced on 5th February 2020 by way of an Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer of up to 200 million Ordinary Shares at an Issue Price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share and Placing Programme of up to 400 million Ordinary Shares and/or C Shares (inclusive of any Ordinary Shares issued under the Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer)
