Perivan and Praxonomy exhibit at the CGIUKI’s Governance Ireland conference

On 10th May, Perivan joined forces with Praxonomy our board portal partner and fellow London Stock Exchange Group Issuer Services Marketplace member to attend and exhibit at Governance Ireland, a conference held at Dublin Castle and organised by the Corporate Governance Institute of UK & Ireland.
Dan Gaydon and Graham Bowstead, who are both Business Development Directors represented Perivan and Katy Cheung, Co-founder & Managing Director and Simon Law, Head of Sales & Marketing represented Praxonomy, giving our partnership the opportunity to promote our SaaS products; Engage and Boardlogic.
The event was very well attended with over 200 delegates and included talks by senior speakers and governance experts, plus panel discussions on a number of subjects including:

- Closing the gender pay gap
- Digital resilience in an always ‘on world’
- ESG – the impact of shareholder activism
- Why Digitisation is Essential to Modern Governance
