Perivan, a proud QCA member, is delighted to attend the Quoted Companies Alliance (QCA) Annual Dinner on Thursday, 19 September 2024, at the prestigious Savoy Hotel in London. This event celebrates the strength and growth of small and mid-sized quoted companies, with attendees including members, investors, regulators, and government representatives.
The London Stock Exchange is this year’s headline sponsor, Inspired PLC is the reception sponsor and Elma Smit hosts the evening.
Their chosen charity for the event is The Mayor’s Fund for London, which provides crucial support to young Londoners, helping them overcome barriers and build a brighter future. Last year, the charity supported 69,800 young people across 32 boroughs, delivering over 470,000 meals and more than 15,000 upskilling opportunities.
Perivan supports companies in investor and shareholder communications throughout their corporate journey. Our services include Engage, a Virtual Data Room platform, and expertise in designing, producing, and publishing financial documents, including M&A for quoted companies. With over 270 listed clients, we lead in IPO admission document production and collaborate with around 100 QCA members as clients, partners, or suppliers.
