Ashington Innovation plc is an LSE Main Market listed Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) established to identify and acquire businesses operating in the technology sector, with a particular focus on financial technology (fintech) and deep technology (deep tech). The company was admitted to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in June 2023 and is also listed on Deutsche Börse in Frankfurt.

Unlike an operating company, Ashington does not currently generate revenue from trading activities. Its purpose is to raise capital and use its management team’s expertise to acquire and develop a technology business capable of delivering long-term shareholder value. The company is not restricted to a particular geography and seeks opportunities with strong intellectual property, technological advantages and growth potential.
