Perivan welcomes Cornish Metals plc to our annual report portfolio

Cornish Metals plc is a UK-based AIM listed mineral exploration and development company focused on advancing mining projects in Cornwall. Headquartered in Truro and listed on AIM, the company is involved in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral resources, with a particular emphasis on tin and other critical metals.
The Company’s strategy centres on progressing historic mining assets toward potential production, with the aim of supporting domestic supply of materials used in modern technology and the energy transition.
Publication of the Annual Report
The Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to be appointed to support the re-design, printing and mailing of their latest annual Report, which included the provision of the Engage data room platform , which was utilised for the secure proof distribution. The Report was successfully published on 13th April 2026.
