Perivan welcomes Debenhams Group to our annual report portfolio

Debenhams Group is the trading name of Boohoo Group PLC an LSE AIM listed company which is a British online fast-fashion retailer group, aimed at 16 to 30-year-olds.
The Debenhams business was founded in 2006 and is named after the historic department store chain of the same name, some of the assets were acquired by the then-named Boohoo in In January 2021 when they purchased the Debenhams intellectual property and associated website operations from the administrators for £55 million.
On 12 April 2021, Boohoo relaunched Debenhams.com with a new full range of products and brands, mostly brands owned by Boohoo. Debenhams’ remaining stores continued to trade separately to the website operation until their closure in May that year.
Following Boohoo Group’s reorganisation under the Debenhams Group name, several of its fashion brands, including Nasty Gal and Dorothy Perkins, were consolidated under the Debenhams online platform.
Today, the Company serves millions of customers across five shopping destinations: Debenhams, Karen Millen, boohoo, boohooMAN and PrettyLittleThing.

Having helped Boohoo with their AIM admission document back in March 2014, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to be appointed to produce their latest annual Report, which was successfully published and posted to shareholders on 26th August 2025.
