Perivan welcomes Potter & Moore to our annual report portfolio

Potter & Moore Plc is an LSE AIM listed UK-based beauty and personal care products company that designs, develops, manufactures and distributes skincare, haircare, bath & body and fragrance products. The business operates from manufacturing facilities in Peterborough and Tiverton and employs around 380 people.
The group operates through three complementary divisions:
- Owned brands – including brands such as Feather & Down, Emma Hardie, Balance Active Formula, The Curl Company and T-Zone.
- Private label – developing and manufacturing retailer own-brand products for major UK and international retailers.
- Contract manufacturing – producing products on behalf of third-party beauty and personal care brands.
The company has a long heritage. The modern business was formerly known as Creightons Plc, which acquired the Potter & Moore business in 2003 and officially changed its corporate name to Potter & Moore Plc in April 2026 to better reflect the strength of the Potter & Moore brand. It moved from the Main Market to AIM in 2025.
Publication of Annual Report
Having helped with the admission document for the transition from the Main Market of the LSE to AIM, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to be appointed to support the re-design, printing and mailing of their latest Annual Report, which included the provision of the Engage data room platform, utilised for secure proof distribution and stakeholder review. The Report was successfully published and posted to shareholders on 22nd July 2026.
