The Beauty Tech Group is a British – based company listed on the Main Market of The London Stock Exchange.
The Beauty Tech Group was founded on a simple idea: that professional beauty technology can be miniaturised safely and effectively to be used at home.
The Group encompasses three exclusively owned innovative and premium brands – CurrentBody Skin, ZIIP Beauty and Tria Laser – under which it develops, manufactures and retails at-home beauty devices using aesthetic technologies that have been used in professional clinics for decades.
The Group sells its products in the UK and internationally to its global customer base via its D2C e-commerce channels and selected international retailers. I
Publication of the Annual Report
The Perivan shareholder communications team were delighted to be appointed to design and produce the company’s inaugural Annual Report. The Annual Report, which included the provision of the Engage data room platform for secure proof distribution, was successfully produced and posted to shareholders on the 27th April, 2026.
