Publication of Annual Report

Following on from the production of the prospectus for The Smarter Web Company’s move up to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to be appointed to produce and design the company’s first Annual Report since its debut on the Official List. The Annual Report, which included the provision of the Engage data room platform for secure proof distribution, was successfully produced and posted to shareholders on the 23^rd February, 2026.
