Rights Issue

The Perivan Shareholder Communications team was delighted to produce the Pulford annual report for the past three years.

We were delighted to be asked to expand our collaboration by working with both the Downing and Howard Kennedy teams to produce the Rights Issue documentation which was successfully completed on 18^th November 2024.
