Renalytix raises £10.48 million via a placing, subscription and retail offer

Renalytix plc is an LSE AIM listed precision-medicine diagnostics company focused on improving the early identification and management of chronic kidney disease.
Its principal product, KidneyIntelX.dkd, is an AI-enabled blood-based diagnostic that combines biomarkers with patient data to assess an individual’s risk of progressive kidney-function decline. The test has FDA approval and Medicare reimbursement in the US, giving Renalytix a potentially significant commercial opportunity in diabetic kidney disease.
The company is primarily focused on the US market, expanding through physician practices and integration with electronic health-record systems.
Placing, subscription and retail offer
On 3 September 2026, the Company announced it had conditionally raised gross proceeds of £10.1 million by way of a successful Placing of, and Subscription for, a total of 168,366,151 new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price of 6 pence.
On 8 September 2026, the Company further announced the completion of the WRAP retail offer at an issue price of £0.06 per Ordinary Share which raised further gross proceeds of £380,142.
