Scheme document published for the £235.2 million recommended acquisition of Animalcare Group by Charterhouse Capital Partners

Animalcare Group plc is an LSE AIM listed international veterinary sales and marketing organisation. The Company operates in seven European countries as well as Australia and New Zealand and exports to approximately 40 countries in Europe and worldwide.

On 16 April 2026, the boards of directors of CCP Paw 2 Limited – a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of funds managed or advised by Charterhouse (Bidco) and Animalcare announced that they had reached agreement on the terms and conditions of a recommended acquisition by Bidco of the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of Animalcare, with a valuation of approximately £235.2 million on a fully diluted basis.
