Time offers a multi-product range for SMEs concentrating on Asset, Loan and Invoice Finance. While focused on being an ‘own-book’ lender, Time does retain the ability to broke-on deals where appropriate, enabling it to optimize business levels through market and economic cycles.
Operating from four locations across the UK – Bath, Birchwood, Manchester and Reading – Time has a lending book of over £200m and helps thousands of UK businesses.
Bentley Park (UK) Limited is the parent company of Ultimate Finance Group Limited which is a privately owned company that provides working-capital and asset-based finance primarily to SMEs, with a particular focus on helping businesses unlock cash tied up in their trading cycle.
It is as an independent, relationship-led alternative to the larger banks and mainstream invoice-finance providers. It has funded more than £17 billion to UK businesses, and markets itself heavily around speed, flexibility and personal service.
On 17 August 2026, the boards of directors of Time Finance plc and Bentley Park announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer, to be made by Bentley Park (the parent company of Ultimate Finance), to acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Time Finance.
