Subscription and Placing to raise up to £10.0 million, Retail Offer to raise up to £0.5 million

On 21^st December 2023, the company announced a strategic investment and conditional fundraising of up to approximately £10.5 million comprising a Subscription, Placing and Retail Offer. The net proceeds of the Fundraising are expected to fund working capital to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet and facilitate the growth of both the surveillance systems and navigation transceivers businesses.
