Strix Group launch Tender Offer for the proposed return of up to £10 million to shareholders
April 2026

Founded in 1982, Isle of Man based Strix Group plc is an LSE AIM listed global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of kettle safety controls and other components and devices involving water heating and temperature control, steam management and water filtration.
Strix’s core product range comprises a variety of safety controls for small domestic appliances, primarily kettles. Kettle safety controls require precision engineering and intricate knowledge of material properties in order to repeatedly function correctly.
Strix has built up market leading capability and know-how, expanding into complementary products and technologies. The Group’s brands include Aqua Optima and LAICA, providing their customers with market leading water solutions on a global basis.
Launch of Tender Offer
The Tender Offer will return up to £10 million to eligible shareholders at a tender price of 43 pence per Ordinary Share, representing a premium of 10.5 per cent. to the closing price of 38.9 pence per Ordinary Share on 8th April 2026 and represents up to approximately 10.1% of the company’s issued share capital.
The capital return follows the completion of Strix’s disposal of its Billi division, a maker of filtered water dispensers, which completed on 30 January 2026 and generated net proceeds of approximately £105 million.
Having helped Strix with the production of their admission document when they listed on AIM in August 2017, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to work with Zeus Capital who acted as Nominated Advisor and Joint Broker on the production and publication of the Tender Offer and associated documents which were posted to eligible shareholders on 9th April 2026.
