Surface Transforms PLC complete £18 Million fundraising
Surface Transforms are experts in the development and production of carbon-ceramic materials and the UK’s only manufacturer of carbon-ceramic brakes for automotive use. It utilises proprietary next-generation carbon-ceramic material to create lightweight brake discs for high-performance applications, including automotive and aircraft brakes and has extensive in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities, including the facilities for manufacturing carbon-ceramic brake discs.
The fundraising
The Company has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £18.0 million, by way of a placing of 35.8 million shares and 250,000 subscription shares at the issue price of 50 pence per share.
