Urban Logistics REIT raises £250 million and moves from AIM to the Main Market of the LSE

Urban Logistics, the specialist UK logistics REIT has raised a further £250 million through a significantly oversubscribed Initial Placing, Offer for Subscription and Intermediaries Offer.
Due to the strength and quality of demand from investors, the Board determined to increase the size of the Issue from £200 million to £250 million. Notwithstanding this increase, investor demand significantly exceeded the issue’s maximum size, and a scaling back exercise was undertaken.
On 7th December, the Company the admission commenced on the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market, which involved the simultaneous cancellation of trading on AIM.
