Chaleit Holdings plc is a penetration testing and offensive security consultancy, examining technology from the perspective of a malicious attacker to reveal how vulnerabilities arise, how systems can be compromised, and how organisations can respond before those vulnerabilities are exploited.

Admission to trading on AIM

On 7 October 2026, admission and the first day of dealings commenced by way of a placing and subscription of 4,190,000 ordinary shares at 0.25 pence per ordinary share.
