Onward Opportunities complete transition from AIM to the Main Market of the LSE

Onward Opportunities Limited was incorporated on 31 January 2023 as a non-cellular (closed-ended) company limited by shares. The Company’s investment objective is to seek to generate risk-adjusted absolute returns for Shareholders through investments in UK smallercompanies.
The Company has an independent Board of non-executive Directors and engages Global Fund Management Services Limited as its alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) to provide portfolio and risk management services. The AIFM has formally delegated portfolio management functions to Dowgate Wealth Limited as portfolio manager to the Company and the AIFM.
Admission to the Main Market of the LSE
On 16th April 2026, the admission to the closed-ended investment funds category of the
Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities commenced and included a Placing Programme of up to 75 million Ordinary Shares.
