Onward Opportunities publish their inaugural annual report

Onward Opportunities was incorporated with limited liability in Guernsey under the Companies Law on 31 January 2023 as a non-cellular (close-ended) company limited by shares. The Company’s investment objective is to generate returns for Shareholders through investments in equity and equity-related instruments of UK smaller companies that are predominantly listed or admitted to trading on markets operated by the London Stock Exchange. Returns are expected to be principally derived from capital growth over a target three to five-year holding period with an appropriate diversification of investment risk.
The Company has an independent Board of non-executive Directors. It has engaged FundRock Management Company (Guernsey) Limited as the alternative investment fund manager to provide portfolio and risk management services.
Publication of inaugural annual report
Having helped Onward Opportunities with their admission document when they floated on AIM in March 2023, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to produce and mail their inaugural annual report which was posted to shareholders on 8th May 2024.
Through our corporate finance activities and longstanding relationships with many of the leading financial and legal advisers, we are year-on-year leaders in the production of IPO prospectuses for admissions on both AIM and Main Market companies listing on the London Stock Exchange.
This involvement creates opportunities for us to assist companies with their investor and shareholder communications during their corporate lifecycle, from pre to post-IPO, which naturally leads to their inaugural annual report.
This can mean anything from a tight budget simple production to a complete design service that can be adapted at any stage of the corporate journey.
