Perivan attend the Small Cap Awards

Robin Bishop – Director at Perivan, was delighted to attend the Small Cap Awards as a guest of The London Stock Exchange on 19th June. The event, which fortuitously coincided with the day of AIM’s 30th anniversary was held at Merchant Taylor’s Hall and is an annual event celebrating and rewarding the finest in the sub-£350m market cap quoted company sector.
The Awards celebrates those professionals and companies that work within the AIM and Aquis communities and is attended by listed companies, institutions, fund managers, brokers and advisors.
The main sponsor for the event was Hill Dickinson. It was hosted by Peter Dickson and the guest speaker was Cally Beaton.
Congratulations to all the nominees and winners and special congratulations to Property Franchise Group on winning The Transaction of the Year Award for the all-share merger with Belvoir Group where Perivan was delighted to be involved with the production of the documentation.
