Roundhouse AI float on AIM

October 2026

Roundhouse AI is a Singapore-based technology company that has developed and recently launched the Roundhouse Dashboard, a neutral data, identity and reputation infrastructure for the emerging autonomous AI agent economy.

As AI agents move from answering questions to transacting and initiating payments, merchants, organisations and credit bureaux will need reliable ways to assess their identity and trustworthiness. The Dashboard records and verifies real settlement activity between AI agents and merchants, providing visibility into activity, settlement history, counterparty concentration and patterns based on x402 settlements and on-chain identities.

Roundhouse’s near-term focus is establishing data coverage and public credibility, before rolling out commercial features that package this underlying data into standardised scores and benchmarks and introduce its revenue model.

The company’s ambition is to become the “go-to” trust, scoring and system-of-record layer for autonomous-agent activity.
