Scheme document published for the £169.3 million recommended cash acquisition of Eckoh by Bridgepoint

On 30th October 2024, the boards Eckoh and Bidco announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer by Bidco, under which Bidco will acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Eckoh.
