Publication of inaugural annual report
Having helped Tan Delta Systems with their admission document when they floated on AIM in August 2023, the Perivan shareholder communications team was delighted to be appointed to design and produce their inaugural annual report which was posted to shareholders on 3rd May 2024.
Through our corporate finance activities and longstanding relationships with many of the leading financial and legal advisers, we are year-on-year leaders in the production of IPO prospectuses for admissions on both AIM and Main Market companies listing on the London Stock Exchange.
